The Twins
This is a project based on the story of “The Twins” from the Oliver Sacks book “The Man who Mistook His Wife For a Hat. The account tells of two young men, twins, who struggle to communicate and interact socially. They cannot calculate simple mathematical sums but they share a fascination with calendars, dates and numbers, particularly prime numbers. Together they gain joy from their shared ability to see numerical patterns where others cannot.
